so i have a rather large chest
anyways, you know those babydoll hoodies with elastic/ a drawstring right under the boob?here's the best example i found:

well, i absolutely love them, but b/c of my large chest, the elastic/drawstring line doesn't exactly fall right where my chest changes to my rib cage. i pull it down, so it's close (maybe like an inch or two up)..but from the description, do u think that it looks bad? they are figure flattering besides that, and i think it minimizes the appearance of my large chest. anyways just wondering if people think it looks ok or terrible.
oh and i know ideally i should just buy something that fits or something that's tailored to fit me, but i don't like to spend a lot of money on clothes, and if i can make sale items work then that's what i will spend my money on rather than something more expensive that fits perfectly. thx!

Why not buy a minimizer bra? You'd be surprised at how well your tops will fit.

I second the advice about getting a minimizer bra. They make some really pretty ones nowadays. Overall though, I think that type of top would be flattering. Like I said I have a large chest and I have a few tops similar to that one that I wear.

I think that it would probably be totally fine. If it flatters your body and makes your chest look smaller, go for it! If it doesn't fit you all the way, thats completely fine. And by the way I think you should ignore the comment that the girl said about how target is for poor peole because I have gotten some pretty cute stuff there. Good luck!

honestly, this is not the right top for you. if the seam doesn't fall right on your rib cage, it is not fitting properly, and no amount of pulling it down, will help. I don't think these shirts are all that flattering on anybody unless you are a twiggy tiny person with no chest. I see women on TLC What Not To Wear all the time who think they look great in them and they don't.

You state that this style minimizes the appearance of you chest. I do believe anyway that spending money on something that fits and really flatter your looks, should be what matters. It's not every style that fits.

do no longer pass with TKingdom. I actual have heard extra headache then sturdy from different FTMs about them. i in my opinion might want to pass with underworks. I have a larger chest so I placed on 2 binders, a tri-accurate from underworks and a unmarried layer also from underworks. Its as a lot as you on what you get yet underworks is what i propose to each unmarried guy i understand who ask.

If anything the elastic/ drawstring thing will accentuate or draw attention to your bustline. ( Notice the woman in the pic is small chested.)

i think it would look great on u! I have that problem too. It make ur bo..."upper chest" look smaller, and it should fit u fine. and definetly get pockets, and wear w/ accsesory, so ppl with look at those things, not ur chest.

woah i didnt know they had minimizer bras, i dont need one, but that sounds like it might work for you. try it. jeeze i wish i had bigger boobs, lol., oo and dont listen to that girl that said that target is cheap, they have some great stuff there, especially bathing suits

i love women who use those babydoll hoodies especially if they have big boobs i think they look sexy and how it kind of hides them it makes women look real nice not cheap or slutty so go ahead and buy them good luck
