i don't mean what an ftp adr... means, but i mean MY OWN specific ftp --what's it?

You don't have one unless you set up your own ftp server. And if you did that you'd know it.

FTP is nothing about File Transfer Protocol. You need to get own FTP to upload your personal or official work like mock ups, programming and much more.

If you own a domain name, such as www.mysite.com, and you have a web host that includes FTP access, then your FTP address would be ftp.mysite.com (in 99% of the cases)

Some web hosts use different FTP addresses that have nothing to do with the domain name, but that's NOT the norm.

u have an FTP access if u own a domain that enables you to have FTP access if you are reffering to your ip then no your ISP will use that if you buy a domain from them unless you hava a dedicated server and an other server for your FTP transfer's then you cant have an FTP account

If you mean to upload your website to, ask your internet provider / web host.

If you mean to transfer files to a friend, you probably don't have one.
