He started coaching them in 1994 when they were still the Houston Oilers. This is his first head coaching job. He was the Oilers defensive co-ordinator.

He didn't say that I was there when he was talking about coaches he just said there has never been a coach to win tittles with 2 different teams when deion sanders asked him about john gruden look were not geting fisher we will mess the cowboys up even more have you seen his team the last few years? Horrible.
