i was getting out of work and walking to my car (. i park in the very back of the lot. its against a major road so EVERYONE can see the car. (i do it because i kept getting dents from peoples doors).
i just bought a new viper alarm with a bright blue flashing LED light so people know i have an alarm. so its dark and 1045 and there was a cop parked next to my car. he shinned that light on me and i walked to his door. he got out and showed me that 2 guys were using a hanger and a wire to disconnect my alarms horn. and i asked him, did you catch them???? and he said no they took off in a car. then i said well did you chase them? and he said no i called 2 cars. then i said did you get there plates? and he said no.

No revenue to be gained by the police so they don't care.
You'll find if there is no money to be gained by enforcing the law the law officers won't care or do anything.
Thank the lefties tax us to death liberals for providing too many services for the masses and having no way to pay for them besides traffic fines and jay walking tickets

put a locator on it too, in serveral places. plus a camera that can see and live record in all direction (a hidden one would be best). That way you're sure to catch them.

Also, you can charge trhe police department for not following up with regular procedures. Maybe they need a vacation.
