Why do I love Incubus?

After seeing Incubus galore on my 360 page for quite sometime now, you may believe that I am slightly obsessed with Incubus. Well, my friends, I am sorry to have to tell you that you're dead WRONG. I am not slightly obsessed with Incubus-I'm SEVERELY obsessed with Incubus. As I think about what I'm typing at this very moment, I've decided to make a contradiction with what I've just said about being 'severely obsessed.' I am not obsessed. To have an obsession is unhealthy, I'd think. And what I've learned and discovered from listening to Incubus is beneficial to my life. No, I'm not in love with Incubus because Brandon Boyd is amazingly beautiful, and no, I'm not in love with Incubus simply because I think their music sounds good. There's so much more to my infatuation with Incubus. They're one of the few real bands in this world that plays real music. It may sound crazy, but I've learned so many life lessons from Incubus. Each and ever song has a message, whether it's about Psychopsilocybin, or about this very world we live in. I've especially learned a lot from an interview I watched, and from their live videos. In the interview I watched, the radio show host brought up something about how when bands are taking a break between albums, they have to get away from each other. Brandon Boyd and Mike Einziger participated in this radio show, and they answered that they [the band] didn't get away from each other...ever. Brandon Boyd stated that they all 'love each other,' and that 'they're in a band together for a reason.' Does this not mean anything to anyone? Well I see very much meaning in it. There's so much more to the band, and with this I've learned so much more about life and everything. Like I've said before, Incubus is the answer to all questions! I've also learned much about their passion, expression, and life through their live videos. In a live video that I've had on my blast for a while (it's not there right now, though), Sick Sad Little World, you can clearly see the emotion portrayed by each and every band member. Especially Brandon Boyd. You can see the emotion in his face and in his singing. Music is a passion to Incubus, not a way to fame. And now I've come to a point where I no longer can use words to express what I am feeling.
What I feel is very important, though, is that I've realized so many things about my life and that I've learned so much through this band. Life is more than you think it is. I wish I could let the band know that they've literally changed my life.
