easiest ever?

coffee pot ramen.

poor the water in, stick the noodles in the carafe, turn the thing on, after it brews let it sit a few minutes. then pop the seasonings in there and boom. you can also make grilled cheese on the coffee pot burner.

sounds weird but I swear it's awesome...
it's fast, easy, cheap, and tastes good...

make homemade microwave quesadillas...

you can make them anyway you want but here's the easiest and cheapest way...
buy a pack of tortilla shells (they're really cheap)
buy a pack of sandwhich cheese,
buy a little bottle of bacon bits....

just fold the tortilla in half and cover the bottom half with like 2 or 3 pieces of sandwhich cheese....then sprinkle some bacon bits on it if you want (a lot of sandwhich meats work well too)
microwave for 30 seconds....

dip in ranch dressing or salsa....

something else that is good but costs a little more is do just do the same steps, but also add some of the tyson (or off brand) already cooked and thawed grilled chicken strips, then sell them for salads...but they work really good in this too...again it all depends on how much you want to spend

What do you have to cook with? Stove, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, regular oven?? Do you have a fridge?

Pasta is easy and you can add jar sauce or butter, garlic and cheese with some veggies (boil or microwave the veggies and add them) or seafood and jarred alfredo sauce. It usually makes enough for a few meals.

Throw some pizza sauce, cheese and toppings on Lender's Bagels. Put in the oven at 400F for about 5 minutes.

Cheap, easy and tasty.

Try spaghetti. All you have to do is boil the noodles and heat up the sauce. If you like you can doctor up the sauce with herbs and spices to your taste. It's a yummy meal and it isn't typical college food like Ramen Noodles. :-P
