Oh, goody, a chance for a run on sentence because I don't think you really intended for there to be an answer to this question, but since you asked, I can tell you that since I write for a living, it is not very often that I get to be a kid again and write in run on sentences that are so hard to follow that you just wished that my hand would get tired and that I would stop typing all of this, but since you are the one who brought up the business about one's mind being a mess I thought you would really like to see what happens to an organized mind that goes on the blink and takes great delight in writing such silly nonsense as this; I do hope that you are enjoying all of this but I now have to stop because I need a bathroom break, thank you ever so much for the fun.

Depends if this is a random situtation or something experienced endlessly. I have insomnia, which is somewhat dictated by my ADHD and has led to some serious consequences. But does it hurt? No.

Sometimes the aim should be to 'rest', find something you can turn the internal 'mind' to and try to try and stay there.

In my case-my Trazadone is necessary to assist in this. Speaking of which-it's working now so goodnight!

Interesting point. My mind has not been at peace for the last 2 nights. It is affecting me emotionally, spiritually and physically. I have all sorts of mixed emotions right now.

Ugh yeah. I told my stupid ELA teacher that I rewrote an essay and that's why I couldn't read it today, but the thing is I didn't, and now I have to, and I'm at a complete loss of what to write.

And I'm sooo sleepy.

Very much so. It's very chaotic in there. Only a small section of it has tranquility.
