A girl in my class named her girl after a Greek goddess (of rainbow)named Iris; but l would name her after the Goo Goo Dolls song. (I'm not pregnant, nor will I be for a looong time)

There's a song by The Goo Goo Dolls called Iris, talking about how they love someone so much and that person looks like heaven

(I know I've already posted, but still)

It reminds me of the Goo Goo Dolls song too.
I think it's okay, I wouldn't name my kid that though.
Seems better as a middle name if someone wanted to use it.

i think it's pretty. It's the name of a Goddess, a flower and a part of the eye (which is the window to the soul). It's also a beautiful song.

I'd give it a 8 on a scale of 1-10. You don't see it everyday, but it is cute! Have a great weekend! :)
