i took a test came back postive went to the dr the took one came back positive the done a dopplar and and ultrasound the just can't find the baby i haven't bleed any or had any pain

1) Chemical pregnancy--uncommon though
2) You aren't as pregnanct as you think you are. You have to be at least 7 weeks pregnant before they can detect the baby through ultrasound
3) You could have already had a miscarriage

Did they do a pregnancy test that came out positive or are you going by not having a period since July 29th?
Did they do an ultra-sound or just the doppler?
Not really sure how to answer that one for you, sorry.

What kind of ultrasound did they do? That early, they ususallu have to do the vaginal ultrasound to be able to pick anything up. What did they say? Im sure if something was wrong they would have said something. If not I would get a new doctor

are you sure you're pregnant? Sometimes i don't get my period for 2-3 months. Lots of things can cause you to miss a period; diet, hormonal imbalance,stress (my problem),etc. Try waiting another month or so and see if you get a period by then. If not, you should see a gynocologist because they can check to see if you're pregnant and if you're not, they can prescribe you something to get you regulated again.

This may be a false pregnancy, have you ever miscarried before? You may need a D&C.

have you been bleeding, you could have had a miscarriage. I'm sorry.
