Better laws are needed and some control placed over access to the Internet in a broad sense when minors are involved. Too bad that there are so many misfits out there to spoil it for everyone.

I think there needs to be more isolating protocols for underage students with facebook profiles. Registered High school student's profiles should not be able to even be searched through by anyone not registered at that High School Yet at the same time parents also have to do their part to monitor their kids internet usage. A good analogy is to look at cable TV. Every show has a rating and its the parents responsibility to block the inappropriate shows
