It's related to hormones and medical technology. A woman's body will carry a child well past child bearing years if the fertilized egg is artificially implanted and the correct hormones are given. Many consider this unethical. The fact remains that only an appropriate environment is needed to carry a child. Age is only a consideration regarding risk to the carrier.

WOW what's the urgency..help!! help!!! is it that serious that you need to know that bad. Old people have babies just like young people..they have sex, the woman gets pregnant, and nine months later the baby is born :) Ok seriously it's not a rare occurence there are cases where older women do get pregnant and have healthy babies.

Yes, older people can have children depending on several factors dealing with the fertility of both the involved male and female. If the sperm count is still in the normal range and the female hasn't gone through menopause it is entirely possible. Not everybody's sexual reproduction system shuts down at 50, women can experience menopause from as early as their 30's to as late as 75. Why don't you google it to find more info?

as long as the woman still has a period and is ovulating and the male is still producing sperm then yes! my old boss is still havin kids at 60! i also saw a woman i used to know pregnant at 45!
