rap sucks in general it is very mainstream and pointless...now hip-hop that is more lyrical and poetic [mos-def, common...]...and it has to come from you heart...you can't ask other people for ideas when it comes to stuff like this...that defeats the whole purpose...now if you were asking for some ideas for a bubble-gum pop song now that's different...but hip-hop...seriously...you need to search within you and have serious natural talent...and I'm not talking about Li'l Wayne, Akon, or t-pain...that is not talent...they just know how to dupe kids into buying their empty and meaningless music...maybe wu-tang is an exception..but the mainstream stuff is sickening,...

uh oh. take a day off of school. listen to rock for 24 hours. hopefully you'll be better in the morning. if your not, take dumb questions like this to the rap and hip hop section. thats my good idea.

Yes, don't do any! Rap has go to be the singly most terrible area of music. Unless you plan to make a rap song like it was in the 90's...because I believe that those were the best, then don't do any at all.
But for the sake of help: How about a rap song that actually inst about sex, rape, drugs, or any other crime.

I don't like it at all.
But there are a few raps I enjoy.
Coolio " Gangstas Paradise" what a song... what a movie.
Rapper's delight... back in the 80ies...
and the very best: WILL SMITH NOD YOUR HEAD that rap rules.
all the rest is soooooo boring and one sounds like the next million ...
I read the lyrics and skip the music.

Anything positive i am sick of this bling bling bitches **** you should be positive show people that you are not just an artist or rapper but a poet. try to move people with your thought and beliefs. and keep in mind, It's ok to swear just don't over do it.
