I Had that happen to me...i ended up in the hospital...you know what my layer told me....any thing i say...they will throw out, any evidence they will exclude...why..major lawsuit ..will cost the county money...i even had video, he said they will throw it out as evidence...why...police wont give the right to use it....yeah...just be watching CNN some how you see it there...real soon.

I think you can file civil charges and not criminal so you need someone who litigates these types of cases. There usually aren't many as the police have no pockets and the city and state have indemnified themselves in case of suits.
