get calm and take deep breaths(people rarely do that for anger management)
so i would mostly cry but sometimes when im really mad at my brother i cuss at him(not in English).

If he's home my husband I don't know how he does it I guess it's one of his gifts (i'm a bit of a firecracker at times) sometimes he will run his hands through my hair and talk real soft to me. If he's not home alot of the times I will clean like a crazy person..........oh no is that why my house is so clean?
