California and Texas are big states, so it depends a little on where you start and where you finish ... and if you fly non-stop, or have a stopover.

I just flew from Los Angeles to Houston non-stop and it took about 3 1/2 hours.

Go to orbitz.com and type in your starting and stopping points. The result will show scheduled flights and within that information the total flight time will be shown. You can do that without booking a flight.

no more then 5 hours i would say from cali to missouri 4 hours non stop so about 4 to 4:30 hours
