one is they took away the life of an entire civilization. rebelling against england is one thing, but the colonists had no right to be here to begin with. they should have left it in england. heres my gripe, and it probably has nothing directly to do with the subject matter, but this country used to be peaceful. yes there were battles among tribes, but it wasnt a large scale one. in general, we hunted, fished, rode horseback and canoed. did everything the white man does on their vacation. lived in tepees, or tents. when it was cold, we went south, when it was warm, we went north. you didnt have to have a job, the women did all the domestic work, there was no pollution, it was perfect. then here comes the europeans. look at it now. theres my argument against the revolutionary cause.

It is not true that "most" Americans believe that the colonists had a right to rebel. It is said that 1/3 were in favor (the rebels), 1/3 were opposed (The Loyalists or Tories), and 1/3 didn't care one way or another. Let's lay that out first.
As far as NO justification for revolution., the colonists here had just come out of the French & Indian War and the British government felt that it was only right that the colonists help pay for it...after all, they had been the ones protected.
Also this "Taxation without Representation" cry was odd because nowhere else in the empire did such representation exist. England has always had "virtual representation" even on the home island.
Finally, one other argument (I am sure there are plenty others) is that the British tariff structure was protecting American goods on the world market (of course, even though in some instances the goods could only go to England...or couldn't be made at all.)

One reason is that the all of the colonists were the Kings Subjects.
The taxes they were complaining about were needed to keep the British Army in North America for protection from the natives. The colonists up to that point did not pay taxes.

Well...as they say, "History is written by the victor."
Look at our own "Civil War" (what an oxymoron...war is never 'civil' !)
Had the Southern States won...those living below the Mason Dixon line would have chapters in their history books proclaiming their glorious "Revolution" from the tyrannical control of the North.
We were justified in the revolution because we won...and later developed the greatest democracy, and were economically successful. Our success is also our justification...
But--had we lost...we would have been viewed as nothing more than a group of radical terrorists bent on attempting to usurp the harmony of the British Empire.
I hope this helps answer your question...Good Luck

i will only think of them chanting " kill each and all the extremists"! what equipment might replace the old one? issues no longer get to any extent further useful yet actual exchange for worse. think of we are able to desire yet another revolution quickly after. any styles of contradiction an hypocrisy could be a crimson flag. regrettably the enemies is familiar with that instructing that is hundreds is like digging his own grave. they save the a lot ignorant and numb ie; faith, drugs and game. in reality while majority is knowledgeable their societies will alter for this reason and no desire for a revolution. one equipment respects the subsequent because of the fact it i extra useful decision pondering the time and place. BTW why some are conversing approximately racism? that wasn't extremely your question yet an occasion. racism is honestly and alive in usa however the priority is how that is defined. racism would be continuously there until there is one race that owns majority of the worldwide's supplies. racism is a gadget to justify inequality. if a white american some how intentionally or no longer-intentionally positive aspects from inequality per race. if a secure practices shelter is busy following an african-american guy or woman there may be a white guy who's attempting scouse borrow in lots of techniques white each and every person is gaining from the racist equipment. if thy do no longer settle for this reality then they're nonetheless a racist. they're racist until they attempt to unlearn it. settle for that because you're white ( race in power) you're racist . racism isn't as undesirable of a term because it style of feels yet no longer accepting it and that is reality is the worst component to it. human beings could redefine racism and learn in faculties and persist with it. how could an African american guy or woman be a racist while they are not in power and have not have been given something to benefit from racism yet to unfastened. they are able to be ie; prejudice yet no longer racist. peace
