he told me because we might be moving to Qatar and i asked them how much he would take for an offer from his company to move there and he told me that it had to be more than 250 grand because that is how much he makes. and also he works for schlumberger in the IT section.

Well, I sort of think so... But I am not sure. I shop at kmart for clothes and stuff and I live in a house, but it only has 2 bedrooms and my family has 5 people. People at school make fun of me, saying that I am a poor kid and that I am not as good as them just because they live in a nicer house and shop at nicer places. So, Am I poor, or are these kids making it up to make me sad?

I have a lot of designer bags like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, etc. My house is like 6,000 sq. ft. and I have a pool. I live in Houston too. I get pretty much all my clothes at Nordstrom, Saks, or Niemans. I have a pink slvr L7 and my own computer in my room. I get to get whatever clothes I want usually... but my mom doesnt want to spoil me so she doesnt ALWAYS get everything I want. I feel spoiled and it isnt really the best feeling. Judging from what I told you, am i spoiled?

From reading everyone else's responses, I would say you are bored and lonely. If your dad makes that much, great. If not, so what? My Dad made a 10th of that when I was young, he supported my mom and us four kids and we were happy. Money doens't buy you happiness and neither will posting questions on yahoo...
