My grandmother, is disabled and she really loves her house, but theres no way she can pay for someone to come fix it. We stay in Cleveland, OH and I'm having problems finding programs where people come out and fix people houses up with no charge to them cause the city pays for it. I have no clue where I should go to find programs like this. I know they exist but I just don't know where I can search for them, or who I can get in contact with. So if anyone can give me websites or anytype of information, it would be a great deal. I would really like to help my grandmother get her house that she was born in back into shape.

Try Ohio's department of aging.
I don't know specifically which department, but there's a ton of information on their website:

Good luck.
