It's the biggest bank in America and I think it's number two or three in the world.
Their customer services are the worst than any other banks.
Their offers are not that great because there are other banks that offer great checking, saving, credit card, CD, loan, etc.
They got more money by offering accounts and credit cards to illegal immigrants.
I think the similarity compare to the USA:
The corporate of BOA(Bank of America) is similar to the US government.
The employees including the managers who have to provide customer services are similar to the US officials and government employees who provide services to the public.
What do you think? That's why the name is Bank of America and it represent how America's behavior and treatment to its citizens and the other people who live in the US.

Whether or not the bank is representing the U.S., the bank is fairly decent compared to others.
