0 Am I poor?
Well, I sort of think so... But I am not sure. I shop at kmart for clothes and stuff and I live in a house, but it only has 2 bedrooms and my family has 5 people. People at school make fun of me, saying that I am a poor kid and that I am not as good as them just because they live in a nicer house and shop at nicer places. So, Am I poor, or are these kids making it up to make me sad?

Ignore the people who said it's small. Take it from an adult who is a homeowner, that's a good sized house. It's well above the national average for square footage. A typical newer house is going to be around 2,000 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Certainly there are houses much larger than your house, just as there are many houses much smaller than yours. Yours is a little bit above average.

No it isn't..My house is 3,840 feet. We have 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Yeah. And my house isn't all that big.

Yes that's a nice size house. Mine is 980 square feet. 2 bedrooms and one bath.

It depends on where you live. Here in SE OKlahoma, that would be considered a decent sized home. Is it big? In most areas, probably not. It is probably average.
Feel lucky. I am living in a place smaller than that right now. We are a family of five...
