Its about animal kids who live in a vally, and the vally gets poisoned by gas, killing the skunk's parents and the vally they lived in.. it's a sad movie :( That's all i remember, but I think there might have been one old animal guiding them along.

I don't know what it was called, but it was a badger leading them, he was their school teacher and they were on a field trip when the valley was poisoned.
