Can you please let me know if currently my Yahoo answers account is set so that my name, email address, location, etc. is hidden from all users(?) THANKS.

Only your "handle" or name on this board is shown. You may elect to have people email you or IM you under your account settings. If you elect to be contacted via email, your email address is not shown, but will be delivered to your email account. If you respond to an email, it will filter through the message board and your email address is not disclosed. If you elect to be IM'd, then people can IM you, but will not know your real IM name unless you respond.

yes it says that IM and e-mail are not allowed by this user. you can also see what the public sees by clicking on the view publicly button.
