Im in highschool in NY, and im jus trying to look and see what some great music schools are, they dont have to be in NY. In school now i play flute, and im the youngest player in my varsity band, also im in chorus, and im trying to presute a carreer as a college music professor. wat college would be good for me?

Did you ask the advisor at your school? He or should should have access to that information. Juillard is the best, if you can get in. It's in New York City.

Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA is well noted for its Music Ed program. It is in a nice area too. See the below link for information.

Julliard... But that's more of a performance school i think... If not that... University of Mississippi has a pretty good music department as does University of Southern Mississippi. University of Oklahoma is really good. Good luck choosing a school... it was one of my hardest choices
