Polygamy is condemed but why is it not wrong to have pre marital sex with 10-15 people before the age of 40.Why is society accpeble to that fact.

Mr Hefner's arrangement is not polygamous - they aren't married. The problem the state has with polygamy is that it creates a joint ownership of property between three or more people. If something happens to the membership of one of those people then division of property becomes a real problem.
What people don't understand is that there aren't a his and hers halves. He owns the whole house and she owns the whole house. A forced division between two is easy -- a forced division between three when two remain owners in the entirety is a real problem. It's not about sex at all - it's about maintaining property rights.
Now, most of society doesn't accept the arrangement of a manage a' quad whether married or not. They also don't accept numerous pre-marital partners as acceptable behavior. These are usually exceptions or aberrations. Most people in our society are serially monogamous.
Me, I like polygamy. It's the only arrangement that makes any sense at all. But that's just me.

In early September, 2007, British Columbia declined to prosecute LDS sect members found practicing polygamy within Province Community of Bountiful. There is no legal requirement to presently prosecute but Canadians reserve the right to correct this oversight. LDS again feels gentile
inquiry by a National Authority. Go figure.
So, as polygamy isn't condemed as stated, question source
needs to review stated position.

That's the United States of America for yuh!!!!..........Confused as usual about everything that goes in that country.......it's funny how they have so many problems but find it necessary to run off and try to be "unwanted heroes" in other countries
