Large lumps on my third ear piercing??!?

I had my ears triple pierced in June at a Claire's store ( where I got my ears pierced and double pierced ) . I cleaned them very regularly (in fact, probably more than I needed to). I turned them the way I was supposed to and have never taken them out for more than an hour since they were pierced. Also, I have never changed the piercing. I have left the original piercing in since it is good white gold and I figured it wouldn't be crappy like other cheap earrings and infect my holes.

My question is....they are still sore, even after all these months, and I have lumps on them (not noticable unless you look at the backs, but very large nonetheless). The right one has a larger lump and is sorer than the left, but I am pretty sure that is because I only talk with the phone on my right ear, so it has more access to bacteria and stuff..

Please help, any ideas or experiences liek this happen to you? I really dont like these lumps and it just bothers me to not have my ears in a healthy, non infected way. Any ideas, or do you know what is going on? There is not alot of pus or anything, just normal little stuff that comes out of your piercing hoels (gross, I know, but normal for me).

This could be related to an infection but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think could be going on.
