I am interested in opinions of it. Was there useful advice or just opinions and directions to various "for profit" websites?

No, don't buy it!!!! All he does is tell you to go to his web site, which you have to pay for, then his web site tells you to order his book. Kevin Trudeau is a con man. Don't get me wrong he gives plenty of good advice, such as not to get out in the sun too much because you might get a sun burn, but who doesn't know that. The most helpful thing I learned after reading his book was that natural organic raw apple cider vinegar helps with weigh loss and that deodorant with aluminum causes breast cancer b/c it's applied so close to the breast. But no don't buy his book, it's crap. Just my opinion, and I bought it and read the whole thing. Sold it later for $3

It is a good book, for the most part on the suggestions he gives. However, the book is mostly a rant againt the pharma and insurance companies. Where I may agree with most of his claims about the companies, I do not think it belongs in a book that is titled "Natural Cures" since 99% of the book is a rant and the remaining 1% does he offer some insights to helpful "alternative" health tips. I like his enthusiasm, but if he is going to write a rant book, title it appropriately. In today's world, it is easy enough to go to your favorite search engine and look up the info he gives and see the pro's and con's to each tip. As always, never do anything blindly when it comes to your health. Go ask your doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, nutritionist, etc... And do not take their word as golden 100% all the time too. Trust your instinct and run with that. It is your health and you are allowed to do anything you want (for the most part- obvious situations notwithstanding- causing harm to yourself). Have fun treading the waters of your own health. OWN YOUR OWN POWER!

Kevin Trudeau is a convicted fraud artist who served time in jail and paid over half a million dollars in fines. He defrauded his bank, customers and even illegally used credit card numbers of customers to get extra money. He has been banned from ever selling anything ever again. First amendment freedom of speech means he cannot be banned from writing and selling books, so he has done that.

The book is just more consumer fraud as the "cures" are detailed only on his website, which, of course means you have to send more money to him. His book is making him rich and his customers poor.

Please listen to these people who say he's a con artist because they are right. I hate to see people getting sicker because of this criminal instead of visiting a real doctor. He plays on people's fear and hope. Doctors really do try to cure people, but some times it isn't possible. People like Trudeau convince these people that doctors are scamming them because people with diseases that cannot be treated want to believe that. They would rather believe that they were tricked than believe that science cannot cure them. Do not give him one more dollar.

You got it right there! I bought it, and it was a total rip off.If you were computer literate, you could check it out, but most of it was exactly as you said, directions to various "for profit" websites. I'm pretty much literate, but after 30 min. I'd had enough!

I've never read it, but... Do I want to support the pharmaceutical industry and stay sick or support the nutritional industry and reverse my bio markers of aging?

If not Trudeau, then someone else that gives me an explanation and more choices as to where I spend my money, as long as its not supporting the sickness industry.
