My in-laws just arrived for a visit from Switzerland and brought lots of chocolates and I would love to have some right now, too bad I'm at work.

Homemade lasagna, it is an old family recipe. It has sliced meat balls, sliced Italian sausage. ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, lasagna noodles and sauce.
It is expensive to make takes all day or two days, it is very thick and I never once had any restaurant lasagna that could compare.

well I'm very disappointed with dinner tonight. because I had planned to make one thing for dinner but I couldn't because the most important ingredient was spoiled. so we just had pizza. because I just lost all ambition tonite to cook when that happened. but I have a hungry man to feed & he likes pizza, so I guess it all worked out even though it was not what I had planed. : )
