anywhere from a few times, say 4 or 5 to about 24-30. It depends on what's going on in your lives, if both are in the mood and if you have plenty of opportunities to have sex.
Up to once a day, on average is good....sometimes 2, 3, or 4 times in a day happen! But other times once or twice a week is ok too.
Bottom line is there is no set number of times you should couple with your spouse, as long as you're both satisfied.

I guess these are issues amongst couples. Some every day some once or twice a week, once a month... etc. Seems the older you get the less it becomes. When I remarried at 30 I realized that the honeymoon was over. He was too tired, he thought the kids might hear us.... and every other excuse and then he had a heart attack, so that was the end of that. I got a hobby with batteries instead.

As many times as you are comfortable with. There is no 'normal' number. Some couples have sex once a day, some twice a day, others once or twice a week, and again, others only once or twice a month. There is no one tracking either, except perhaps your partner.

I have this problem in my marriage. There is no magic # unfortunately. If the desire for sex does not match well then the one wanting less has to be willing to look for a change. Not to say that that is his or her "fault", but there is something lacking. Spouse is bad in bed, g-spots are not being utilized, foreplay is MIA, hormone levels are off, or person is so comfortable with spouse that intimacy does not = love. By that I mean that he or she loves or feels so much love that the love does not need to be validated through sex.
I personally had to join a drug study group to find my desire. Desire via pill/nightly is not the best solution, but it is working well so far. We have gone from 1-2Xmonth to 1-2Xweek. (when we are getting along or not sleep deprived)

It is not the number of frequencies that counts? It is the quality of making love. Why is it important to have many times you have done many sex when after all you will have been sicked?
The best sex is done when the two couples are in good mood and health both physically and mentally conditioned, so if they are physically fit to have number of rounds of sex today, until tonight, it's alright! What is unlikely, is if tomorrow they need to be confined in to hopistal?
What a silly question!

once or twice a month is ok if your over 40!!! trust me do it as much as possible. just as long as both of you are into it. you must have sex of the MIND before you have sex of the body. you just cant walk to your partner and say "let get it on" every now and then just go give a hug and maybe a feel a kiss on the ear just do something everyday to get the blood burning

There is no written amount of time you should have sex! Its just whenever you are in the mood and the other person feels the same. If your unhappy with your love life talk it over with your spouse. Just because your a young couple doesnt mean you should (by law) be getting laid everynight.
