to put a cap on the Federal Spending?

None of these postings so far require constitutional amendments. First they're not easy to come by. Second, we just need to VOTE - vote for the people that will help accomplish the things you feel are important.

We need a constitutional amendment putting a strict cap on taxes. Covering ALL taxes. licenses, and fees, by all levels of government. It's the only way to regain control of our country. Say 20% of income for everyone from the school board to the federal government. No exceptions. Voluntary contributions would be allowed as would bake sales.

Clinton reduced the Army from 18 Divisions to 8. Yes, a Constitutional amendment is what it would take.
