Urban communities have a high population density, are based in cities and have a full spectrum economy.

pull over on the side of the road to make a cell call : in a rural area you will have 5 vehicles pulled in behind you to make sure you are ok. in an urban area you will have 5 cars pulled over to grab all 4 tires and the spare.
