Say "y'all" when adressing groups of people and people will fill in much of the rest.
Spend some time in a southern city, or watch reruns of "Designing Women".

'an southern accent' ...why would anyone say that?
anyway, southern accents (american ones i mean) seem to make the people who have one seem unintelligent. i don't like listening to someone with a southern accent try to speak. it sounds like they have mental issues. sorry.

I am from the deep south......My accent is deep... And I personally love it!!!!!!!
