mr universe is a good name for a bunny, or hercules. All I know about bunnies is that they get nervous easily, so a nice, calm environment is good.

I've always wanted to name something Chicken that wasn't a chicken.
As far as care goes... just make sure you keep it's cage/pen cleaned (every day is best) and let it hop around your house a lot. If you want, they sell harnesses for rabbits and you can even take them for walks and it's so so cute. Feed it carrots and lettuce in addition to the pellets and it should be a pretty happy bunny.

Name him Herbert, that's a good bunny name.
Some bunny tips: DO!
Buy a litter box and use a newspaper based litter - it's easy to train them
let him out for a few hours each day
give him lots of human interaction - they are social animals
keep him indoors to avoid the dangers of outdoor life (predators, weather)
feed him timothy hay when he is full grown, unlimited amounts, limited pellets, and lots of fresh vegetables
limit treats! treats like dried cranberries are great
hide wires and keep him away from things he may like to chew when he is out (furniture, rugs)
give him toys like untreated wood blocks, toilet paper rolls, plastic baby toys to keep him occupied
get him neutered he will live longer!
take him to the vet for yearly checkups
learn the signs of illness in rabbits
go to this website: http://www.rabbit.org
especially check out the diet section for what to feed at each age.
DON'T
use pine shavings they will give him respiratory problems
use clumping cat litter
leave him on a wire-bottomed cage, give him an area where he can stretch out and rest his feet
give him unlimited pellets or fruit
leave him alone out of his cage unsupervised
pick him up too much, and only if you can do it properly
give him a bath
Good luck, they are great pets!

When I got my rabbit, I wanted a creative name , not something like "lily" or "mimi" so I decided that I would name it after a street name from my city. I had a large selection but I finally found a nice name that I like.

I just got a bunny too. I named him Kahuna.
Don't name him fluffy or whitey, that's just stupid.
Be creative, I find the best names to be ones that you see randomly(street names, store names, etc.)
