Speed limit implies there is an influence to follow the law. Like a police force or something like that. Where I live, there aren't any. Sure, there are funny looking cars with lights on their roofs. But the guys in them wearing strange clothes are all napping under the bridge or getting blowjobs down at the lake. There are strange looking sings posted with numbers on them, but no one reads them. Hell, most of the people around here can't read anyway.

It's 25 miles per hour on my street. Once I was pulled over for doing 35 miles per hour. I told the officer I was even gonna drive for an hour !!!

I don't have one, but I live on a country road with a ton of potholes, so I can't go fast at all... maybe 20 while trying to dodge the big holes :(
