Depends on what you mean by "giving a bath". If you mean him yourself all over, than around the 5-7. Checking in on them in the bathroom? Until a little before puberty.

It's different with some families though. It's all about what everyone is comfortable with....and how well the children clean themselves.

I think at the age of 8 they can stop giving bath to their child because their child can already manage it. And I think at that time their children wont drown in the bathtub. They can still supervise if they want to though. By doing that you'll know that they are clean and not just playing in the water.

Probably in the area of 5-7 years old. I'm pretty sure a child can bath himself around that time.

My son started taking a shower at 5 1/2. I would turn the shower on for him and make sure I was in there when he turned it off...just in case. He does a pretty good job, he's 7 now.

Sometime between 5 and 7, depending on the child's maturity.

My sons both made that decision for themselves, my oldest said he could do it at age 5, my youngest locked me out of the bathroom when he was 6! Of course I would inspect thier ears and the back of thier neck when they got out!

When the child is about 4, the mother needs to start teaching the child the proper way to wash. After she is sure the child can wash good enough, she should give the child privacy!
