Mine is atleast a 12. I wash it every night and I use the stay in conditioner because my hair is extremely long and if I dont Ill get tangles but then I brush it atleast 100 strokes and my hubby loves to brush it too so its always extremely soft. My hair is to my waiste and u can actually run a comb thru it without a tangle! Morning time is a different story now! lol

about a 12. I had to use my daughters shampoo and conditioner cuz I was all out and it makes my hair really soft. So soft that I can't do anything with it
