It's easy for everyone to pile on the insults and put blame on one player for a teams shortcomings. Football is a team sport and Rex Grossman is a decent player. His coach must think so. For "fans" the most popular player on a losing team is always the second string quarterback. With everyone jumping on Grossman's back I'm surprised he can keep his head up and play. The kids got guts leave him alone for awhile .

I agree with you Grossman can't get the job done because he has been so inconsistent this season but of course coach smith will give him another chance like he has always have especially last year when the bears were the best team

Lovie should make him chant, "Be The Dilfer" all week long and tattoo it on his forehead so that he sees it evertime he looks in the mirror.

That's all Chicago needs at QB; someone who can complete a few short passes and NOT TURN THE BALL OVER.

Personally, I think Trent Dilfer is great. He is a great teammate and steller human being, who did exactly what he needed to do to get Baltimore a Superbowl win.

So Rex - BE THE DILFER!

Ah men, this guy cost the bears a superbowl. well maybe not a superbowl but any joe blow could do better than he is right now. He has had more than enough time to develope or at least get his crap togather. Time for Brian Griese to step in while they still got a shot at saving the season.

He must go if the Bears want to win at all this season.
He must stay if bad teams like the Falcons want to win.

I think he needs to stay...but then again I am not a Bears fan, so of course I would think that.
