I am assuming this is your woman? If it is, try this.. If it's not you might get back handed..
Kiss her on the cheek sweetly.. (not sexually)
and tell her you've thought of her all day. attempt to undress her, and if she flinches and tries to redress, be suspicious. If she doesnt flinch, use your hand to "tell" if there has been "activity". you'll be able to tell.

If she had sex recently but washed away the evidence (semen), then probably a doctor's lab could tell, but no one else.

The hospital can do a rape kit- but I'm guessing she won't consent. If you don't trust her- you should get out.
