Well my sister wants a geisha so my mom thought that i should get one for her cuz of her birthday coming up. Although I DON"T KNOW WHERE TO GET A GEISHA COSTUME!. She wants it kind of gothic and like a short dress. I want to buy it at a store like target, walmart, or kmart. So pLZ help ME!

Geisha costumes would be kimonos. Kimonos cover from neck to floor. So, you won't find a geisha costume with her creative twist to it.

Geisha dresses are not in the least Gothic or short. A real geisha dress can cost a small fortune at its cheapest. Sorry but the geisha is an old and very honorable tradition, and should be respected. To combined it with "goth" is like saying that you want a ballerina Knight.
OK, enough of the seriousness, you may be able to find a short, japanese style dress in black, but neither goth nor traditional japenese lends themselvs to the other.
