no, but my dog could have tried to get another dog pregnant, as he is a male dog. Not that he would get very far because he has had 'the snip'.

I can tell you that it wont work for you so don't try. You'd have better success calling a dog breeder for stud service for your FiFi. I am sure DEX knows some listed in the Yellow Pages.
Dog chromosomes and human chromosomes wont match anyway --sorry!
