Are the Bengals messing up and bungling-making mistakes? They have lost 2 weeks in a row which is what the question means.

They've been the Cincy Bungals ever since Myron Cope gave them the name back in the '70's, when they REALLY stunk & now they're just as bad, but even more people know it thanks to TV.
