Who needs the phone company showing up at your door more??? You? Or is it really going to bother them to piss off one more customer???

Yes, it is legal, even though it is terrible customer service in my opinion. All the utility companies have told me "we will be there sometime between the hours of 8am and 5pm" Well, if you got a job, you have to stay out of work the whole day! And sometimes they dont show at all!!!

Is it illegal for you to get to your job late?
What law would they be braking?......Lets see.....murder (nope not that one)....theft (nope not that one either)....drug dealing (nope not that one either).... yeah, the cops have nothing better to do than arrest phone company personnel because they got to your house after the allotted window.
I can just see the call to 911 now....Whats the Nature of your emergency? ... I have to call you from my cell phone because the phone company is late.....can you send out a cop because I really need my land line or Internet.
