Does anyone here have a WaMu account and have experience depositing coins? If so, do they have a counting machine or not? And do they prefer the coins in a roll, or without it?

WaMu does require you to roll coins if you are depositing a large amount of coins. Also put your account number on the roll like previously stated. Also a lot of stores(grocery) have those machines now that give you cash for your coins however they do take a small precentage, just as another option.

it would all depend in that you just said! If they have a coin counter you can just bring it to them, very few banks actually have this (at least where i live) so my suggestion is to stop by and ask for rolls, most banks will provide for free, and then bring it to them rolled. they might even ask you to write your account on the side of the roll since believe it or not, people like to do crappy things like grag a roll of dimes, put a few dimes on both ends and fill the middle with pennies or foreign coins..
The best way would be to call your local branch where you are planning on making the deposit to be sure. :-)

They all want you to roll the coins. WaMu or any other bank frowns on loose coins.
Roll those little buggers.
