Probably not yet. You can check your credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com.

Medical providers usually don't carry unpaid bills very long. This agency might be working for the provider or they may have purchased the debt.

Call and work out payment arrangements if it's your debt. They may be willing to accept 70% to 80%. Get any settlement agreement in writing and don't give them access to your bank account.
