Because I live in Southern California...which just happens to be the most beautiful place on earth.
In this amazing place, we have some of the greatest beaches on the planet, the original Disney Land, the center of movie making, where 80% of celebrities live.
So many incredible thinggs were born here...SO live it up, and drink it down, because i have pride in my state=]

and yes.. i see the celeberties quite often, but im not talking about that, i'm saying that they choose to live in califnornia because its awesome.

can you say you walked down rodeo drive and saw tom cruise getting a suit for his movie premier?
can you say that you saw a movie being shot across the street from your house?
can you say that you surfed in Surf City, Ca (aka huntington beach)
or can you say that every mintues is basically an adventure?

It isn't all beautiful. There is lots of criminals. It is the top place in the country for crimes. Oooh, lucky you! And, you rarely see celebrities. So, no I am not jealous. And, where I live, in Minnesota, there is many beautiful lakes, animals, and cool things like that. And, I have the Mall of America. I am not trying to make people jealous, though, because I know that there is a downside to living in Minnesota. Like the cold winters, and the snow. And there's a downside to living in Southern California as well. And just so you know, you sound really bratty in this question.
Wow! Who cares if you saw Tom Cruise. They are just normal people like us, so it wouldn't be all that big of a deal. And, I still do think that you are bratty, even if you say you aren't.

i'm glad to be from West Virginia! hicks and chicks... cows and plows... you my got celeb's (we got some also by the way) but can you ever say you went backroading, stole a street sign, went cow tipping, ate food that you grew from your garden, fish, go mudding in the woods with 4-wheelers, well i can't say the rest because the guidelines won't let me. but there's much more that i can't say ;)
ok... i'm guessing you took my answer wrong huh? i was letting you in on what other states has to offer... one of my greatest friends is from cali. he loved it there, and he loved it here. but now he's in jail, and he don't love it there. so please stop with the little attitude, and try to be more open to what you have yet to learn about other states... you know i'm happy to live here, but i love to go to other states and see what they have to offer... give it a try!!!!! ohh and i don't see your big point about celeb's they sit on the toilet and poop the same way everyone else does!

I'm sorry but you're bragging about some kitschy things and stupid chicks with nothing else to do than sunbathe all day long. I simply don't care, that's such an artificial place to live. and remember, that type of beauty never lasts... you should come to Europe and learn some things about real history and real beauty
