Never!! If parental approval overrides the law there would be a lot more crime on the street and a lot more pornographic films!!! Do you know how many parents sell their kids for sex now?

And for Brian D, no offense, but I would answer a question like this seriously because they're are people that actually think it's OK so if they ask I'll answer them in a heartbeat.

Not to anyone with morals. If you mean by "does parent approval make a difference" I'll assume you mean legally, and no absolutely not. Using children for that purpose is a felony, if not simply repugnant and despicable.
Exploiting children sexually in any way, regardless of how subtle the act appears, is criminal and I believe always a felony. Even porn sites, mags, etc., are restricted by law not to edit images of adults in order to make the subject appear underage as this is still considered child exploitation. I've never read or heard cases where that particular child protection law was enforced, however I'd be interested if anyone else reading this has and would share the info.

I am against porn. I really feel it just adds to negative situations in society. But for adults it's a choice, I suppose. As for morality... I do not believe anyone can call it morally correct and adding children into it is wrong! A child has no sense to see how this will ruin them presently or in the future. A parent who signs consent is making a horrible mistake. They are looking at selfish pay-offs....such as money and not considering the important factors. I still consider a child an 18 year old even though the government disagrees.

You are a first class A double S for even asking this - even as a joke or to get attention. I shouldn't even be giving this my 60 secs of typing but I'll take the points I guess.

Again, you are an idiot - just for the record

Well, I would rethink the whole idea of an "adult". I think if we let Children drive at 16 they should be considered adults at that age as well. Another problem is that they can be in porn at 18, but not drink? A lot of these ages defined laws do not make sense.

I think you've made a couple dozen enemies already.

To use little children in pornographic film, with parental permission or not, is just absurd.

At like 16 or 17, though -- I think it should be up to the kid -- if they want to do it . . . more power to them.

No and No

What kind of question is this? And what kind of parent in their right mind would allow thier child to be exposed to adult situations like that? It's called the "adult movie business" for a reason.

No, it is not , and any parent that does approve , should have their parental rights revoked.
No wonder there are so many people who have mental Illness when they get older.

That is just disgusting...give them a chance to grow up and have a life before you ruin them for life...it will NEVER be morally acceptable. Gross.
