i think the best thing to do is to go back to the question and send notices to everyone in breach of even the SMALLEST infraction....perhaps those that favor censorship will learn their lesson?

I put them in a folder and wait until the Nazi's of Yahoo delete me again. Nothing ever happens with any protest that's just a Yahoo trick to make you think they use personal judgment

I have been fortunate. I have never receivd a violation notice, and I am fairly active. If I did receive one, the first thing that I would do is go back and re-read the community guidelines to see if I had missed something.
It is possible that you did violate the guidelines and were not aware of it.
I recommend: re-read the community guidelines again.

It's useless and childish to retaliate against someone. If it's unwarranted contest the violation notice and sweep it under the bridge.
This is a politics section and people will disagree with you...but it does not warrant you following those footsteps.
