why isnt it considered a hate crime that six Black dudes beat up a White boy, but then they think that those White dudes who jumped on robert Bailey at that "White" party isnt a hate crime? And also that White guy who pulled a gun on those Black guys too? How come yall always try to ignore that?

You are right! Some people just don't acknowledge the fact and throw the race card all the time! You can tell them that the reason the for the march was for the punishment didn't fit the crime and it was not to get him out of punishment of his action but to lessen it!

I'm a white person that thinks the whole idea of "hate crimes" is entirely too subjective and is prey to exactly the kind of problems you state. If the white boys jumped Robert Bailey, string 'em up; if the black dudes did the opposite, throw the book at THEM. There's no difference - crime is crime, adding the highly subjective idea of "hate" just makes things worse and, ultimately, less fair for the least fortunate.

It seems that when a Black person is the victim of a crime they cry "Hate Crime" Hey there are white Criminals and Black Criminals, and not every crime is motivated by race. I mena a criminal looking for a victim may just find someone and jump them. And by the way, why is it that most Gang violence is committed by Black Gangs? Does asking that make me a racist, even though the FBI Statistics prove me out? For that matter is the FBI Racist?

In all seriousness there is still racism in many many people about many different races - I knew a chinese girl that felt bad because others teased her that she looked Filipino...
The point is the only ones we change are ourselves and hope that we can help others to see how shallow hating other humans is.

Most white people know that other white people are mean to blacks for no reason. It has been going on for generations.
Now they have a group who says enough is enough and they are fighting to see that justice is done.
I feel certain those white boys we have them at our school are bullys and they are mean to anyone they can be.
Small boys, Geek's and Girls and minorities.
You will always have bullys and they are the ones who need to be expelled. The ones who are so vocal are the bullys.
Ignore them most of us know the score. don't let them get to you, that is what they want.
