Some possibilities --
1) I agree with previous posters -- abolish the electoral college
2) An equal rights amendment for women and sexual preference minorities
3) Abolish the consideration of corporations as legal "persons" and hold officers and major stockholders personally responsible for a company's actions
4) Establish the corporate death penalty -- any company infringing on labor rights, environmental concerns, or consumer rights to be broken up, its assets sold, and the profits from the sale split between the direct victims of the crime and the govt agency that regulates the business, with NO money going to stockholders or officers
5) All drug use, sales or possession to become a personal/medical matter, not a legal one
6) Elimination of probation and/or parole, and full civil rights for released prisoners -- if you have served time or paid a fine, you have paid back society and should be like anyone else -- if you're still dangerous, you should still be in jail!
7) Specify that that the 2nd amendment means that individuals have the right to own and carry any weapons (abolishing the National Firearms Act of 1934).

28. No electoral college, period! A vote of the people and by the people means just that. Majority wins!
29 Companies who take their factories/businesses outside the US to make more money may not import those products to the US to make even more money. If you take your US based company out of the US to China, sell your products in China, because you will no longer be allowed to bring them back to this country for retail sell.
30. All illegal immigrants, when caught, will be returned to their country of origin - IMMEDIATELY!

All taxes, licenses, and fees would be completely voluntary. This would apply to any government body period.
