The difference between an eukaryotic and prokaryotic cell (if I remember my HS biology) is that eukaryotic cells have DNA enclosed within a nucleus and complex organelles whereas prokaryotes have their genetic materials and everything else within the cytoplasm. Therefore, in addition to plasma membranes, eukaryotes should still share with prokaryotes things like DNA, ribosomes, RNA, etc.
