help me think!???

hi, ok my brain is going blank right now, and so i'm just gonna get to the point. ok, so i have this friend (lets call him Giovanni) and for like 2 years we've been buggin each other and whatnot, and even though we're friends, we still like annoying each other. So, it's gotten kind of annoying and we've decided to make like a document or i really don't know how to put it, i guess like a peace treaty so we could get it in writing, but i'm supposed to write it and i can't think of how to put it, and it's supposed to be like nearly a page long, or at least half a page and i need to know what to write. please help. fullest answer gets best answer.

Annoying of any form will be in violation of this contract. the only time annoying is allowed is when both parties agree at the SAME TIME.

Annoying is deffined as:
-insulting or making fun of
-forcing the other to do something they would not
-makeing the other blow up at annoyer or someone else

We will do this in many ways, First of all, we will stop calling each other bad names (even if it is a joke).

We will also stop making rude or offensive gestures to eachother.

We will use no vulgar or offensive language to each other.

Neither of the parties will make fun of the other's close friends without consent.

We will joke occasionally and crack a few laughs together.

Jokes about one another will not be made until both parties feel that there has been enough time.

umm ok personally i think this sounds a little weird, like if you were friends why would you need this "document" in order to make "rules" for your friendship. If you two don't work as friends why are you still going at it. I you really cared about it this would not be a problem. Why can't you both just act like you r own age and agree to not BUG each other. This just sounds silly to me. Who is forcing you guys to be b each other. And is he the one who is making you write this. That doesn't show good friendship. If it is an agreement that why don't you two right it together if you really think that is the right thing to do. And is he the one who is giving you a page minimum for this??? that sounds a little weird. Maybe you should really think about this friendship. It sounds a little unhealthy to me. good luck
